Congratulations Diann Bruce on being our needle artist for the month of August 2008. Diann is our "resident tatter". But that is not all she does or has done. She has also tried her hand at doing a Battenberg lace heart (this was a workshop), black work (but the pattern disappears when you turn it!), Brazilian embroidery (that got to be a little too hard for her, arthritis), was happy with her candlewicking project, knits and crochets, has tried cross stitch (not a favorite), cut work, likes Hardanger, not fussy over petite point, likes pulled thread work, enjoys silk ribbon embroidery and stumpwork, and is always working on her spinning.
